Salons · Venezuela

Salons in Caracas, this is where we would start.

What we would do first in a Caracas business in this sector, and why in that order. We work remotely, so we don't need to be in Caracas.

A paper diary and clients who don't come back.

What changes in Caracas

In Caracas clients book by WhatsApp and confirm the same day, and the traffic decides whether they arrive on time. Reminders that send themselves and a diary that reassigns the slot of whoever cancels keep the day full.

The rest doesn't change with the city, which is why we don't repeat it here. The salons page explains why that order and not another.

Where we would start

  1. Process automation

Confirming the next day's appointments one by one is the first hour of every morning. That happens by itself.

  2. Web design and development

Booking a time without calling turns someone who sees you in the street into a customer the same day.

  3. Social media management

Whether they come back depends on you being on their mind, and that is sustained by posting.

It always goes together with marketing and advertising.

VALIARI / SELECTION

Espacio Corporal

Ad for the cryo radiofrequency service, with the headline over a photo of a treatment on a couch.

Making visible what makes you feel good.

A voice of its own

Real piece from their feed
The brief

A body aesthetics clinic with technical services (cryofrequency, botulinum toxin) that nobody explained on social media in plain language, so anyone who didn't know the service didn't book.

  • Educational carousels about each service (what it is, myths, who it is for)
  • Promotion pieces with the brand palette and icon
  • Colour system and iconography reusable in every post

Frequently asked questions

I keep the diary on paper, does everything have to be digitised?

Not all at once. We start with new appointments and the paper stays as a backup until the team trusts the system. Migrating a year of notebook is rarely worth it.

What if my clients prefer to call?

Let them keep calling. Booking from a phone doesn't replace the telephone, it serves whoever decides at eleven at night and can't call at that hour.

Do you work with businesses in Venezuela from Spain?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses in Venezuela, by video call and WhatsApp, and we fit the calls to Caracas time. What we do doesn't require us to be in the same city.

Do the website or the software work with mobile payment and foreign currency?

Yes, if your business gets paid that way, it is taken into account from the design stage. We check it against the specific payment methods you use before promising anything.

The next step

From lost appointment to full salon.

Let's start there, in Caracas too.

The first call is free and with no obligation. You tell us what you need and we tell you where we would start.

No middlemen. You talk to whoever does the work. Or write to us at contact@valiari.com.
