Privacy policy

What data you give us, what we use it for and how to get it back or have it deleted.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Leonardo Campo, with address at Calle La Alberca, 12, 28660 Boadilla del Monte, Madrid and tax ID 60176750X. You can write to us at any time at contact@valiari.com.

What data we collect

What you write yourself in the contact form: name, business name if you give it, an email or phone number, the service you are interested in and the message. We don't ask for bank details, ID documents or special categories of data. We also measure how the website is used, as explained below.

If you have chosen a sector on the home page, that choice is stored in your own browser so you don't have to repeat it. It doesn't leave your device unless you send the form, in which case it travels with the message so we know what type of business we are talking about.

The same goes for what you try on the website: the business name you type into the shopfront drawing, the colour you choose and the lines you switch on in Services. It is stored in your browser and only reaches us if you write to us, send us a WhatsApp or request your shopfront by email. The postcard and the video of your shopfront are created in your browser and the name doesn't travel to any server when they are created. If you publish them, that is your decision.

If you request the concept drawing of your shopfront, we first send you a confirmation link to that email, which expires after 48 hours. Until you open it we don't store your email, only an encrypted fingerprint of it for one day so as not to send the link more than needed to the same address. When you confirm it we store the email and the business name, only to send you the concept drawing and, if you reply, to talk about your business.

If you ask for the plan from the quick diagnosis or the hours calculator by email, we store that email together with your answers or your numbers, only to send you the plan and, if you reply, to talk about your business. The plan link in the email doesn't carry your address or anything that identifies you.

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and with a system of our own, to know what works and improve the website. We record which pages are viewed, how long they stay open, how far down they are scrolled, which buttons are clicked, which website you come from and an approximate area down to the city. We don't store your IP address or what you type, we don't use cookies or anything that survives closing the page, and that is why we don't identify you. If your browser sends the do-not-track signal, we measure nothing. The postcard of your shopfront carries a QR code with a tag that tells us the visit comes from a postcard, without knowing whose.

What we use it for

  • Reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
  • Keep the history of the conversation while there is a living relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in looking after whoever writes to us.
  • Understand how the website is used and improve it with data that doesn't identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the website working well.

We don't send you advertising or add you to any mailing list for writing to us. If one day we want to, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your message one year after the last communication. If we reach an agreement, we keep what is necessary during the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Visit measurement data is deleted after 13 months.

Who else sees it

Nobody who isn't needed to reply to you. We use email, hosting and database providers who act as data processors and are bound by contract. We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing and its portability, and object to it. It is enough to write to contact@valiari.com saying what you want. We reply within one month at most.

If you think we haven't done our job properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at aepd.es.
