Salons · Spain
What we would do first in a Zaragoza business in this sector, and why in that order. We work remotely, so we don't need to be in Zaragoza.
A paper diary and clients who don't come back.
In Zaragoza a salon lives off the neighbourhood client who comes back, and losing her over a forgotten appointment costs more than winning her did. Reminders that send themselves and booking from a phone look after that.
The rest doesn't change with the city, which is why we don't repeat it here. The salons page explains why that order and not another.
Confirming the next day's appointments one by one is the first hour of every morning. That happens by itself.
Booking a time without calling turns someone who sees you in the street into a customer the same day.
Whether they come back depends on you being on their mind, and that is sustained by posting.
It always goes together with marketing and advertising.

Not all at once. We start with new appointments and the paper stays as a backup until the team trusts the system. Migrating a year of notebook is rarely worth it.
Let them keep calling. Booking from a phone doesn't replace the telephone, it serves whoever decides at eleven at night and can't call at that hour.
No. We work remotely with businesses all over Spain. The first call is by video call or phone, and if the job calls for a photo session or a meeting at your premises, we agree on it before starting.
Small ones are most of our clients. A business with two or three people is where it shows soonest when a task stops depending on someone's memory.
Let's start there, in Zaragoza too.
The first call is free and with no obligation. You tell us what you need and we tell you where we would start.
No middlemen. You talk to whoever does the work. Or write to us at contact@valiari.com.
