Social media management

Publish for real, not when you remember.

It goes together with marketing and advertising, as a single service. Social media creates the content and advertising takes it to people who don't know you yet.

05How it goes together in your business

Be seen every week.

A profile with a voice of its own and a steady rhythm, with your brand on every post. No need to think about what to post.

You will see it written on the sign.

What Social media management includes

Voz · Social media management

This is real work of ours.

Pieces from all our lines, not just social media management. The same hand that made them is the one working on this one.

  • Free delivery ad: a motorbike helmet and a box of Asian food on a dark background, with the headline in a grainy typeface.Takeshi
  • Ad for the cryo radiofrequency service, with the headline over a photo of a treatment on a couch.Espacio Corporal

A good fit if

  • You have a profile open but haven't posted for months
  • You post in bursts, when you remember or when there is something to say

Maybe not yet if

  • You want someone to run your social media without you contributing anything, not a photo or a fact

The problem

You posted six times the first week and the last post is four months old. It isn't neglect, it's lack of time.

How it looks

Posting isn't the goal. The goal is that people remember you when they need you.

  • Reel
  • Story
  • Carousel or post

Example month. Which day each thing goes out comes from when your audience responds.

What you get

5 deliverables, no small print.

  1. 01Posts created and published by us, not a calendar for you to do it yourself
  2. 02Base designs with your brand applied, so everything looks like part of the same family
  3. 03Comments and messages answered within the working day
  4. 04A monthly report of what has worked and what hasn't, in Spanish
  5. 05Google reviews answered, the bad ones too

How we work

Four steps, then up and running.

  1. What we say

    1 week

We define four or five topics you can sustain all year, so you don't depend on Monday's inspiration.

  2. Material

    1 week

There are base designs and original material

We gather photos and video of your business and put together the base designs. From here on we no longer start from scratch every month.

  3. We publish

    continuo

It gets published without you having to be there

We create and publish. You approve the month in advance and carry on with your own work.

  4. Monthly review

    1 session a month

We look at what has really moved people and adjust the following month. What doesn't work stops being done.

A case

VALIARI / SELECTION

Takeshi

Free delivery ad: a motorbike helmet and a box of Asian food on a dark background, with the headline in a grainy typeface.

A chain, a single voice.

One brand, several branches

Real piece from their feed
The brief

An Asian food chain with several branches that advertised delivery and promotions with loose pieces, with no recognisable style from one branch to another.

  • Campaign pieces (free delivery, seasonal promotions)
  • Graphics tailored to each branch
  • Repeatable visual system for the weekly promotion

It is one of the first lines we recommend to restaurants, salons and shops.

VALIARI / SELECTION

Espacio Corporal

Ad for the cryo radiofrequency service, with the headline over a photo of a treatment on a couch.

Making visible what makes you feel good.

A voice of its own

Real piece from their feed
The brief

A body aesthetics clinic with technical services (cryofrequency, botulinum toxin) that nobody explained on social media in plain language, so anyone who didn't know the service didn't book.

  • Educational carousels about each service (what it is, myths, who it is for)
  • Promotion pieces with the brand palette and icon
  • Colour system and iconography reusable in every post

Shophop

Shophop shipping bag on a pedestal, with the wordmark and the slogan "You saw it, you want it, we buy it" next to an illustrated handbag.Social media piece from the glasses catalogue: a collage of portraits and cut-out frames on a burgundy background.

Second-hand luxury, with a first impression.

Packaging with added value

Selected work
The brief

A made-to-order shopping service that went out in generic bags and tape, with nothing to identify it, and with a catalogue of luxury brands that wasn't being shown on social media.

  • Brand identity (SHOPHOP wordmark), shipping bag and packaging tape
  • Social media pieces for the glasses catalogue, with offer graphics

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many posts a month and whether a photo shoot is needed. We look at it on the first call, free and with no obligation.

Why can't I hire social media on its own?

Because content with no visibility behind it stays among those who already know you. Social media and marketing always go together, which is why we present them as one thing.

Do I have to be in the photos?

It isn't necessary, although in neighbourhood businesses the owner's face is usually what works best. You decide how far to go.

Who owns the accounts?

You, always. We work with access you can revoke whenever you like.

The next step

Publish for real, not when you remember.

Let's start there.

The first call is free and with no obligation. You tell us what you need and we tell you where we would start.

No middlemen. You talk to whoever does the work. Or write to us at contact@valiari.com.
