Shops, this is where we would start.

Someone looking for you on their phone decides in thirty seconds whether to walk through the door. That is where we would start in a shop, and here we tell you in what order.

Stock that nobody knows is available until it has already been sold.

Where we would start

  1. Web design and development

Someone searching on their phone wants to see the shopfront and the opening hours, not a PDF from three years ago.

  2. Social media management

The neighbourhood already knows you. What's missing is people three streets away knowing you too.

It always goes together with marketing and advertising.

  3. Brand identity

If the sign, the bag and the profile look like three different businesses, it costs twice as much for people to remember you.

The other lines aren't surplus, it's just that in a business like yours they are almost never first. See all six

The brief

A made-to-order shopping service that went out in generic bags and tape, with nothing to identify it, and with a catalogue of luxury brands that wasn't being shown on social media.

  • Brand identity (SHOPHOP wordmark), shipping bag and packaging tape
  • Social media pieces for the glasses catalogue, with offer graphics

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an online shop for this?

Almost never at the start. For most neighbourhood shops, a well-made shopfront with opening hours, location and real stock sells more than a shopping cart nobody uses.

How do I keep stock up to date without spending the day on it?

By connecting it to what you already use to sell, whenever possible. If stock has to be typed twice, it ends up typed zero times.

I have the logo from when I opened, does it need changing?

Only if it is costing you money. A logo with history in the neighbourhood is an asset. What we do fix is the sign, the bag and the profile looking like three different shops.

Shops by city

What changes in this trade depending on the city. We work remotely, so the list is the places we can say something true about, not every city.
