It is the first conversation, not the last. We define who can access what, where everything is kept and what gets recorded, and we sign the data processing agreement before touching anything.
Do old case files have to be uploaded?
There's no need. We start with the live files, which are the ones at risk, and the historical archive is added only if it is really consulted.
Can you advertise a law firm?
Yes, within what your bar association's code of conduct allows. We don't promise case results or compare with other firms, because besides being forbidden it undermines the credibility you came to build.
